If you are planning to travel by flight, we recommend flying in at Burbank Airport instead of Los Angeles International. It’s closer to our venue and where everything will be, and much less crowded! Please let us know if you need help with transportation on the ground after you get to Los Angeles and we’ll be happy to arrange something for you.
We have booked block discounts for our out of town guests at the Pasadena Hilton. If you’d like more information on how to book a room there at the block discount rate, please contact us. We’ll be updating this page with the booking link soon.
